Provide additional support to your staff

Caring for dementia patients and nursing home residents can be an incredibly demanding, seemingly all-consuming, high-stress job. Staff shortages in nursing homes and daily struggles of dividing their time and attention between too many patients in need, often leave caregivers gravely vulnerable to exhaustion, anxiety and burnout. Maintaining emotional, mental and physical fitness is thus absolutely crucial for caretakers – for their own sake as well as for the sake of the people they care for. To that end, the brainLight-Systems offer an effective and scientifically proven way to reduce stress and enhance overall wellness.

A 2011 impact study conducted at the Johann Bernhard Mayer Caritas care home in Lauda, Germany is an impressive demonstration of said effectiveness. During the four-week duration of the study, 15 Caritas employees took part in testing the brainLight-System. 85% of the participants felt an improvement in their physical wellbeing after using the brainLight-System 2 to 3 times per week. In addition to this, the psychological constitution of 86.5% of the participants was strengthened. Around half of the 159 sessions were rated as “very good” by the participants. Additionally, providing a brainLight relaxation system in the form of “recreation zones“ for residents, family and staff members alike to actively relax makes for a unique selling point in today’s competitive job market, positively affecting recruitment efforts to find reliable and skilled employees.

The brainLight-Systems will benefit your company in many ways:

  • By improving your employees’ mental, physical and emotional health
  • By enhancing the overall work atmosphere
  • Nursing home residents and family members experience long-lasting relaxation
