brainLight Touch Synchro vital – vitality and resilience at the touch of a button

The brainLight Touch Synchro vital will support you in staying active, healthy and agile well into your golden years. The aforementioned Synchro features a manual control panel and combines all of the Synchro Touch Balanced programs (36 programs catering to a variety of subject areas) as well as the 10 Instant Programs of the Touch Synchro sport in two versions (one version including music, one version that can be used with your own music); select examples are “Warm-Up with Mental Calmness”, “Muscle Memory Rehearsal” and “Door to the Zone”). An additional 50 programs can be used with your own music via connecting an external cd or mp3 player.
